im having trouble writing lyrics.i know what i wanna say but when i try to write it down, it sounds corny and really shitty. Im not even a vocalist, i just would like to know how to write good. i guess just have a writers block....any suggestions?

happens all the time to me. record on a tape what you want to say, and then put it down on words. or try typing it. its a lot easier to type than write

put some of your words into phrases, write the phrases down and where and you can think of other words to put around them. For example one of the phrases is..."out at night"...
Start building around these phrases...
Add adjectives, adverbs, whatever you want.
