I was thinking about getting one of these from Conklin, but don't know how big they are (neckwise) Would they be easy to play if i can play a 6 good? Has anybody ever played more than 6?

conklin is famous for their 7-9 string basses. i was thinking about gettting a 7, but i don't have goliath hands. if you search google for conklin you should be able to find the website.

it would be a weird tuning B,E,A,D,G,C,F...why use two high ones? What too?
I once saw an 9 stringer at mx, with the tuning: F#,B,E,A,D,G,C,F,A
