get a private investigator to hunt him down and then send in the penguins to peck at him and then get jimbo jack to finish him off. you said that he's in his early 60's right?? that's good, cos when he gets rid of bob ***** then no one will suspect him cos he's knda old.

We also need someone to show himself (indecent exposure) to Bob so he will be distracted, so he wont see the penguins come. Also, I've heard that he has he's scared for Pizza delivery guys who wear green outfits and are under 5 feet.
