is there a way to get streamed music on a CD? i downloaded some Flat Earth Society off MP3.com and tried to burn it and it said i has to be an Mp3 file.....any help would be apreicated.

you cant
an m3u is simply a hyperlink to a song that it stored somewhere else...thats why its a tiny file compared to any other song...most songs are several KB while an m3u shouldnt be any more than 1
try disconnecting your computer from the internet then playing an m3u file on your computer....doesnt work does it?
as far as i know, there is no way to actually steal the song that the m3u is directing you to...
if there is, its probably illegal

if you want it that ill tell u. 1st. download Goldwave from www.goldwave.com2nd. click properties on the device controls window 3rd. under the volume tab select sum and about half way 4th. under the record tab deselect ctrl key safety and select level activated 5th. open a new sound at cd quality 6th. play the link and watch as you steal the music 7th. once its recorded compress it using a mp3-maker/ripper (i recomend razorlame get it from www.dors.de/razorlame)8th. you got yourself an mp3 ready to put on a cd! |
