ok, look mardy, with girls, i was much like you. Here is one peice of advice that will help you 5000% ok. It is:
SAY HI. Yeh, it sounds simple, but its the most important thing you can do. So there is a girl you like at skewl - each time you walk past her, say hi. She gets to know your name, you say hi to each other, you talk a little maybe after a while, you get to know here a little, you are friends kinda, then you can take her pants down and root her stupid.....sorry, serious thread, that's right..ok, well, trust me, say hi to girls, it is the best thing to help you get over any shyness you have. I still am pretty shy, but no where near as bad as i used to be. Look, even if u dont go out with a girl you said hi to, if you have a good friend(s) who is a girl, it helps you get more confident with them. When start to have girl-friends (friends who are girls) who you have met by yourself, or because you spoke to them or whatever, it gives you more confidence, as if they are your friend, you are obviously gonna talk to them etc...and root her too....sorry again.....lol.....And eye contact - well, its not like when you say hi to here you are gonna be lookin at the ground is it? here's a way i thought of with my very first g/f ever (she was pretty hot too!!) - she is hot, so why wouldnt i look at her? i asked her out and she said yes, so she must like me; what am i scared of? IF A GIRL LIKES YOU, TALK TO HER!
Ok, one thing i cannot do is say hi to this girl i like, because she is not in my year, none of my friends know her really, and all i know is here name and how hot she is. That is my shyness, but i really cant do that, dunno why, but if it was a girl in my year who i had a class with or something with, it would be ok.
ALSO, i used to, and still do a little, have trouble telling a girl i like her. Here's the pussy's way ok - get to know her friend and tell them, so they can tell her, and then her friend can see if she likes you or not, and if the answer is no, u have saved yourself that awkward and sticky (no pun intened lol) moment when she rejects you!!!

This thing is moving faster than mx's version... I think thats because b-box screwed it all up and disrupted the flow.
Yea I have nothing to say about love except it sucks in both 2 ways, one pleasurable way and the other is how confusing love is.

okay i'm gonna feel weird replying in this thread cos there's more guys than girls  but anyways, i've only had one real b/f. it's kinda hard for me to meet guys cos i go to an all girls school and we only ever meet guys at dances. and i am also shy, so it's hard for me to meet new guys, especially nice ones. |

We got a Danish exchange student at my school in my year at the moment (well, not at the moment coz we are on holidays!) and she is damn fine!!!
You know what she told me, apparently it is more common to have one night stand type things than have g/f or b/f!!! She said that it is normal for someone to maybe have 5 boyfriends before they marry, they just sleep with lots more than that!! You're in Mardy!!! Aren't u from USA?
