Anyway... moving on because that other thing was boring...
The ball is coming up (don't roll your eyes at ME boys!) and my friend doesn't know if she wants to go, EVEN though a good male friend OFFERED to go with her. She's not... comfortable going alone, but she doesn't know if she should take up the guy's offer, so the question becomes, "If two friends go to the ball, does it make it a date, or is it just two friends going to a ball?" Silly question I know. But the ball seems to be a big deal, that you can't just ask ANYONE too. I think it's because you get all dolled up and all.
And if you were wondering, this anonymous "friend" is actually not me, since I'm going stag. I can honestly say I don't need some BOY escorting me to my own damn ball.
